I started doing CrossFit 10 months ago. I used to be so worried about the number on the scale and counting calories (left pic, 140#). This has been a learning experience; I was so wrong about so many things— Never again will I deny my mom a plate of rice or not eat at night just because “it’ll exceed my calorie intake limit.” Now I don’t count calories, I just track my macros and EAT. A LOT. (Right pic, 150#).🙊😋 I fell in love with the sport, with food, with Olympic Weightlifting, and with my health. I feel so blessed that I realized this when I was 19 years old and not at 40. I just wish more young people realize this too 🙏 and I guarantee we wont need pills or heart surgery in the future! 😊 #strongisthenewskinny
Thank youu! Omg I love you xoxo

Feeling pretty badass lifting a tire last night
I hope you all find someone who gives you cute names and tells you it’s adorable when you do embarrassing things and hugs you when it’s early in the morning and makes you feel like you have a whole disneyland fireworks show going off inside your body and never ever lets you go
Yeah, you, the person who looks incredibly bored. Yeah, you. I’m talking to you.
You have really nice eyes.
I like your smile, too, because it means you’re happy, and I like it when you’re happy.
Now keep on scrolling because this is really embarrassing for me, okay?
